We are looking for you as a Construction Manager: Vegetation (m/f/d) for DB Fahrwegdienste GmbH at the Koblenz location as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- As a construction manager for track maintenance, you are responsible for contractually and qualitatively compliant service delivery on the construction sites. In the role of construction manager, you support your team on site
- You instruct the technically assigned employees of track maintenance on the construction sites and are responsible for the risk assessment before the start of construction
- Furthermore, you plan and manage employees, vehicles and materials according to economic aspects
- You conduct customer discussions in coordination with the head of the service area
- During execution, you monitor compliance with occupational, fire and environmental protection regulations and conduct briefings
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed vocational training in forestry or in gardening and landscaping
- The relevant laws and regulations are, of course, familiar to you
- You have common PC skills (MS Office) as well as knowledge in business administration
- Reliability, independence as well as customer- and service-oriented behaviour characterise you
- A valid driving licence class B and other classes are desirable
