Tasks
Due to an upcoming maternity leave, we are looking for you.
You promote and support children on behalf of school remedial education according to a systemic, integrative understanding. You communicate with the teachers and act as an advisor for both teachers and parents. You use the opportunity to work in various settings.
In the school building, you meet different people who are interested in development and innovation. You are part of a larger MR team and find the opportunity there to exchange professional knowledge, share problems and develop interdisciplinary solutions within defined frameworks.
Requirements
- EDK-recognised diploma in remedial education or in training for it
- trained teacher with experience in cycle 2, interest in further training/professional advice in school remedial education
- interest in close cooperation between class teacher- parents- specialist agencies- school management
- sensitive and benevolent communication
- humour
- courage to accept gaps
- resilience
- willingness to use external advisory services for questions
- resource orientation
