Your Tasks
- Supporting the nursing service management in organisational and strategic tasks
- Ensuring high-quality patient care according to current nursing science standards
- Personnel management, planning and development in the nursing sector
- Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration
- Participation in quality assurance and further development of nursing concepts
- Contact person for employees, patients and relatives
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing nurse, nursing specialist or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the nursing sector
- Ideally first leadership experience or further training in nursing management
- High social competence, sense of responsibility and organisational strength
- Commitment to modern nursing concepts and quality standards
