Your Tasks:
- You bear overall responsibility for operational warehouse and transport logistics with a focus on efficiency, quality, punctuality, and customer orientation
- You lead two team leaders as well as around 40 employees and three apprentices and promote their further development
- You continuously plan, control, and optimise warehouse and transport processes considering productivity and cost-effectiveness
- You ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements, take on the role of KOPAS (Contact Person for Occupational Safety), and are responsible for building maintenance at the site
- You ensure compliance with relevant regulations in the area of hazardous goods and implement corresponding safety and transport requirements
- You analyse logistical key figures and implement measures for continuous process improvement
