Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented sales assistant to join our team with a part-time contract (40% or about 16 hours per week) in Saint Anthony of the Nile, Switzerland. As a sales assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store. • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide product information and advice to customers • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently • Keep the sales area clean and organized • Restock merchandise and update product displays • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly • Participate in inventory management and stock control • Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions • Help create a positive shopping experience for all customers

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Basic math skills to handle transactions and cash • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritize effectively • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to meet and exceed sales targets • Time management skills to maximize productivity during part-time hours • Willingness to learn product information and stay updated on store offers • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 11 kg • Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
