About the job

• Planning, controlling and successfully implementing an R&D project to develop a new digital application in a safety-critical environment
• Leading the project throughout the entire lifecycle until productive operation
• Managing requirements, priorities and project activities in close coordination with stakeholders and decision-makers
• Conducting the evaluation of suitable solutions considering complex IT system architectures
• Ensuring timely and high-quality project implementation while complying with quality, safety and compliance requirements
• Targeted reporting and transparent communication with management, stakeholders and project participants
• Responsibility for the economical use of budgeted resources as well as ongoing monitoring of costs and progress

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration with a technical flair
• Further training in project management
• Several years of experience as a project manager at C-level with a focus on digitalisation, tool and app development
• Knowledge in the areas of requirements engineering, use cases and desk research
• Experience in stakeholder management as well as professional negotiation skills
• Structured and conscientious personality with a can-do attitude and high commitment
• Strong quality awareness, strong customer orientation and a confident demeanour
• Fluent German skills as well as French and/or English skills (level B2) are an advantage
• Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
