Currently, around 800 employees work at 11 locations for renowned clients from industry, commerce, and trade. For our location in Härkingen, we are looking for reinforcement in warehouse management. 

• Operational warehouse management in the warehouse management system (WMS) or file management
• Planning and coordination of goods dispatches and transports
• Driver registration as well as counter and telephone operation
• Electronic customer contact (telephone, e-mail, etc.)
• Control of stored goods and warehouse areas
• Ensuring correct billing of removal orders
• Conducting and supporting inventories
• Planning of space requirements and organisation of relocations
• Damage processing and reporting
• Key user function for the warehouse management software

• Commercial basic training with experience in logistics
• Good PC skills (MS Office, warehouse software, etc.)
• A flair for numbers, precise working method
• Strong service awareness
• Confident German, additional languages an advantage
