The Swiss brand davidküchen is produced at our headquarters, Job Factory Basel AG, in Basel at Dreispitz and distributed through our own sales outlet. To support the employee team in our production at Bordeaux-Strasse 5 in Basel, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated individual as:

Assembly Manager Kitchen Construction & Site Management 100%

Your area of responsibility:

• Professional leadership and coordination of our assembly team with 4–6 fitters
• Deployment, scheduling, and capacity planning of assemblies as well as allocation of orders
• Review of assembly dossiers and ensuring complete assembly preparation
• Coordination of construction sites with customers, project management, architects, site managers, and other tradespeople
• Site management of selected projects including scheduling, site meetings, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Regular site visits as well as control of quality, occupational safety, and adherence to deadlines
• Organisation of acceptance inspections, defect rectification, and finishing work
• Solution-oriented handling of disruptions, complaints, and short-term changes
• Close collaboration with sales, project management, AVOR, production, and logistics

Your profile:

• Completed training as a carpenter EFZ or a comparable craft qualification
• Several years of experience in kitchen or interior fitting assembly; leadership experience is an advantage
• Experience in site coordination or site management; relevant further training is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills, technical understanding, and an independent working style
• Clear, binding, and appreciative communication with employees and external partners
• Resilient, decisive, and solution-oriented personality
• Good German language skills and a category B driving licence
