- Sense of responsibility, willingness to help, flexibility – and humor is a must
- Good oral and written German skills
- Secondary school diploma A or B
- Team spirit and the willingness to reflect on yourself and your work

- To perceive needs and provide individual support – e.g., during meals, learning, personal care, or leisure
