The Ilgenhalde location is one of our three institutions. It offers school, housing, and therapy for children and adolescents aged 4 to 20 in Fehraltorf. We are looking for two motivated and enthusiastic trainees starting August 13, 2026.

What you bring:

Joy in working with people and interest in their development
An open, appreciative attitude towards people with disabilities
Sense of responsibility, willingness to help, flexibility – and humor is a must
Good oral and written German skills
Secondary school diploma A or B
Team spirit and the willingness to reflect on yourself and your work

What you will learn with us:

To accompany, support, and strengthen the independence of people with disabilities in their daily lives
To perceive needs and provide individual support – e.g., during meals, learning, personal care, or leisure
To handle challenging situations professionally and empathetically
To connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience and apply it in daily life
To coordinate tasks within the team, take responsibility, and find solutions together
