Head: Outpatient Services (Spitex), Member of the Executive Board, 80-100%

• You lead our outpatient services department with professional, personnel and business management responsibility
• You advocate for a good life in old age and actively develop our strategic fields of activity in the Spitex area
• Together with the executive board and management team, you support the sustainable implementation and further development of our integrated care models
• You strengthen your managers in their impact and further develop our leadership culture
• You shape innovations, cooperations and change processes with sustainable effect
• In the executive board committee, you actively participate in decisions – in open exchange, with mutual sparring and shared responsibility

• Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH as well as experience in the Spitex sector 
• Further training in nursing, management or health care management is an advantage  
• Several years of leadership experience, ideally at department or executive board level
• A good life in old age and supporting people in different life situations are more than a task for you – they are motivation and attitude 
• You naturally combine customer orientation, economic efficiency and quality in your leadership daily routine  
• You take responsibility, provide orientation and lead cooperatively – with clear decisions, open dialogue and genuine appreciation

• Scope for design with direct influence on strategy, organisation and sustainable implementation
