Your new role
Your field of activity is diverse and primarily includes the coordination of projects in the area of urban development and topics related to public spaces for sustainable urban development. In doing so, you lead urban and open space studies as well as concepts, accompany feasibility studies and variance procedures, especially for special use plans, and contribute to the implementation of the housing strategy.
This position is suitable for you if
- You have training in urban / spatial planning, urban development / architecture or another spatially related discipline for the urban living environment.
- You have experience and skills in project management as well as the application of informal and formal planning instruments and quality assurance procedures including urban feasibility studies, as well as in topics of urban climate and sustainability.
- You wish to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with specialist departments within the Directorate of Planning and Construction as well as with other directorates.
- You are motivated to work in the tension between private and public interests as well as in the environment of politics and administration.
