DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE WESTERN REGION, CIVIL BUSINESS UNIT 80-100% (m/f/d) LAUSANNE / FRIBOURG / DELÉMONT

YOUR TASKS:

• Team management: supervise and lead the project and construction management team, ensuring a cooperative and stimulating work environment
• Project management: develop and oversee detailed project planning, taking into account resources, deadlines and technical specifications. Establish accurate budgets for each project with the finance department and monitor expenses throughout the process
• Client and partner relations: ensure smooth communication with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to guarantee a clear understanding of needs and expectations

YOUR PROFILE:

• Engineering degree (University/ETH/FH/HF) or equivalent training
• Proven experience in civil engineering project management, portfolio management and procurement management
• Team leadership: promote a culture of collaboration and cohesion. Support, inspire and motivate a high-performing team, provide clear guidance and encourage professional development
• Excellent knowledge of French and good knowledge of German
