The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our homes. Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You lovingly and respectfully accompany our residents through everyday life and contribute to their well-being.
- You independently take on nursing and care tasks within your competencies and support daily activities.
- You help ensure that our residents feel at home in a well-kept and pleasant environment.
- You have an open eye for changes and pass on your observations to the team.
- You are part of our team and contribute to good and trusting cooperation with your appreciative manner.
Our requirements:
- You have completed the SRK nursing assistant course and ideally have already gained experience in long-term care.
- You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form, so you can communicate confidently.
- Respectful and empathetic interaction with elderly people is close to your heart and brings you joy in everyday life.
- You work independently and reliably and handle your tasks responsibly.
- You enjoy being part of a team and contribute to a pleasant and family-like atmosphere with your appreciative manner.
