About the job

The team consists of 13 employees who care for 24 beds in the MSK and INT/Angio specialties. Thanks to departmental nursing, we ensure both individual support and holistic, needs-based care for our patients. As a team, we meet on equal footing. Everyone takes responsibility for their own tasks, and mutual support is a matter of course for us. We are a team that enjoys laughing together, communicates openly and respectfully, and places great value on a positive working atmosphere. The position is ideal for qualified nurses directly after completing their training.

Your tasks

• Patient-oriented care:You help our patients find their way back to an independent life. Your work has a direct impact on the healing and treatment process
• Interdisciplinary collaboration:Through close cooperation with various specialist disciplines, you contribute significantly to holistic treatment and rehabilitation
• Variety: You can look forward to varied and responsible tasks. Flexibility and learning opportunities arise from the diverse medical histories of our patients

Your profile

• Training: You have completed recognition as a qualified nurse or an equivalent qualification with at least one positive SRK pre-check
• Career starters: Newly qualified nurses are warmly welcome
• Commitment: You are committed to interdisciplinary collaboration
• Personality: You are a strong communicator with a high customer orientation, social skills, and team orientation. In addition, you are characterised by flexibility, independence, and a competent and well-groomed appearance
