Our customers include renowned yarn producers, machine manufacturers, universities, and chemical corporations from around the world. To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced, structured professional as a Mechanical Design Engineer 100% (m/f/d). As a design engineer, you play a key role in the design and implementation of our world-leading products and systems. You plan and develop customised special systems, mechanical assemblies, and are significantly involved in the new and further development of products and thus the future of the RETECH brand. We offer free rein for your hands-on skills, your expertise, as well as your "drive". The main tasks include:- Design and adaptation of special and customised machines, prototypes as well as standard components including mechanical calculations
- Creating project drawings, detailed drawings, work instructions, and parts lists of mechanical parts and assemblies
- Assisting in maintaining and expanding internal standards based on the machinery directive
- Proficient knowledge in 3D CAD (Inventor)
- Experience in mechanical or plant engineering
- Knowledge in sheet metal processing and drive technology
- English skills (spoken and written) desired
