About the job

As an ICT specialist, you are responsible for supporting and advising our customers on the topic of web hosting. Together with your colleagues from technical support, you assist and advise them on all technical matters, recognise their needs by phone, email, chat, and also when they visit us in person in Rapperswil. We want you to fill your backpack as best as possible with valuable IT know-how. To experience IT at Hostpoint in all its facets, you get involved everywhere: You solve complex cases in 2nd-level support, track down hackers in the abuse team, and keep our infrastructure running in the systems operations team.
