Disability Insurance Caseworker 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Varied and challenging activity
In this versatile role, you are responsible for clarifying and processing claims for benefits from disability insurance in the area of professional measures as well as pensions. You manage your cases independently and holistically – from registration to decision – while always keeping an overview of complex contexts.
In close cooperation with internal and external partners such as the Regional Medical Service, integration, legal service, employers, as well as doctors, you coordinate the necessary steps. Your responsibilities also include drafting preliminary decisions and orders as well as obtaining, reviewing, and carefully analyzing medical and professional documents. Furthermore, you actively contribute to quality assurance and participate in the continuous development of processes.
Ideally, you bring
- Commercial basic training (Profile E or M or equivalent business school)
- Experience in social insurance, ideally disability insurance
- Alternatively: solid experience in a comparable environment (e.g., accident insurance, daily sickness benefits insurance, case management)
- Good written expression
- Analytical thinking and the ability to assess complex matters clearly
- Independent, structured working style, resilience, and decisiveness
