Your Area of Responsibility
- Taking over goal- and resource-oriented
support for individuals and young families as case management - Leading groups (therapy groups, morning and closing rounds)
- Conducting indication interviews
- Organizing medication supply
- Independently contributing specialized nursing services
- Advocating for a patient-, team- and
network-oriented way of working
Your Competencies
- HF/FH qualified nurse
- Professional experience in psychiatry or obstetrics/gynecology
- Empathetic, creative, and resilient personality with strong teamwork skills
