Your responsibilities
- you take overall responsibility for all technical trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical) on our construction projects.
- you lead and support the specialist site managers as well as the project managers of the individual trades.
- you participate in internal and external project meetings
- you ensure compliance with quality, deadlines and costs while always keeping an overview.
- for 2-3 days per week you are directly present on site in Engadin, coordinating the trades, making decisions and acting as a competent contact person.
- 1-2 days per week you work from home or at one of our modern locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
- when you are not on the Engadin construction site, you work on other technical projects in the planning of your expertise (e.g. as a heating, ventilation, sanitary or electrical planner)
- you work closely with other specialist departments of the A+W group
Your profile
- Training in building services engineering (HVACSE) with further education at a higher technical school such as FH, TS or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in managing and coordinating construction projects, especially in the HVACSE sector
- Leadership experience and assertiveness
- Organisational and communication skills as well as initiative
- Reliable personality with a goal-oriented working style
- Enthusiasm for building services engineering
- you enjoy working in a team, also across locations
- Enjoyment of challenging work
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CAD
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, English and/or Italian skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel with a focus on Engadin
