About the job

• You shape the interprofessional collaboration in the anesthesia consultation and ensure a smooth process together with the team
• You take over the administrative and organizational care of the patients – from preparation to follow-up of the consultation
• You accompany, inform, and care for the patients throughout the entire consultation process with empathy and professional competence
• You perform diagnostic measures such as blood draws or ECGs professionally and thus contribute to optimal patient care
• You ensure correct service recording and initiate necessary corrections if needed

• A completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) with at least one year of professional experience as well as solid knowledge in administrative tasks
• High organizational and social skills combined with the ability to work interdisciplinarily and service-oriented with various professional groups
• An independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Very good PC user skills, ideally with experience in clinic-specific programs, as well as routine in providing information and electronic documentation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (C1) as well as good French skills
