The District Court of Schwyz adjudicates at first instance all civil and criminal cases, unless another authority is responsible for them. It supervises the conciliation authority, the mediators, as well as the bankruptcy and enforcement offices, and fulfills other tasks according to the law.
We offer semi-annual
internship positions for lawyers (100%)
with internship start dates in February, May, August, or November.
