Chemist as Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Market observation, identification of new projects, and new customer acquisition
• Commercial support of project implementation
• Preparation of quotations and negotiation of contracts
• Budget and capacity planning
• Creation of customer-specific presentations
• Planning and conducting customer visits and participation in trade fairs

Your profile

• Degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry with an interest in Chemistry
• Professional experience in the Custom Development & Manufacturing sector
• Experienced contract negotiator
• Above-average analytical skills (numbers person, business acumen)
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
• Analytical, conceptual, holistic, and creative
• Communicative, assertive, socially competent, and authentic
• Reliable, precise, and accurate
• High level of commitment and team spirit
