Your tasks

• Responsibility for the stable operation, support, and continuous further development of the clinical information system (KISIM).
• Analysis, evaluation, and implementation of requirements from clinical and administrative departments.
• Consulting and support of users in nursing, medicine, therapy, and administration.
• Parameterization, configuration, and testing of new functions, modules, and process adjustments.
• Planning, coordination, and support of releases, changes, and system adjustments.
• Participation in error analysis and handling of incidents within the scope of 2nd-level support.
• Participation in projects for digitization, process optimization, and further development of clinical applications.
• Conducting or supporting training sessions as well as accompanying introductions and system adjustments.

Your profile

• Professional experience in support, further development, or introduction of applications, ideally in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Completed studies or training, further education in computer science, medical informatics, healthcare, or a comparable field.
• Good knowledge of clinical or administrative processes within a healthcare facility.
• Experience with complex application landscapes and interfaces is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of service-oriented work as well as high user and solution orientation.
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; English and French are an advantage.
