With us, you are the central interface between the team and customers. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, from deployment planning to quality on site.

What you will do with us

• You lead a team of full-time and part-time employees
• You plan deployments and keep an overview of day-to-day business
• You maintain close contact with our customers and recognise their needs
• You sell our services in the area of specialist and maintenance cleaning
• You prepare quotes and accompany orders from A to Z
• You carry out quality checks and find solutions directly on site
• You monitor working hours and prepare billing
• You handle administrative tasks efficiently and independently

What you bring with you

• Experience in the cleaning industry (ideally with training)
• Initial leadership experience – you know how to motivate and lead a team
• Organisational talent and an independent working style
• Enjoyment in contact with customers and employees
• Confident use of MS Office
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
