Development Engineer Innovation Team (m/f) 80 - 100%

• Development and implementation of innovative solutions for injection molding tools and processes to optimize quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Analysis and evaluation of new technologies, materials, tools, and trends in the field of plastics processing with a focus on their industrial applicability as well as support in their successful introduction
• Planning, monitoring, and evaluation of technical trials and tests to validate new approaches and methods
• Documentation of all development activities as well as structured handover to series development
• Preparation and presentation of innovation projects for internal stakeholders and decision-makers
• Close collaboration with design, production, and quality assurance

• Completed training as a designer or toolmaker/polymechanic
• Degree as a mechanical engineer FH
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Structured, independent, and precise way of working
• High quality awareness, teamwork skills, and customer-oriented action

Desirable would be:

• Experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter
• Experience in mold making
