• You will take over the management of Landi Düdingen-Guin from January 1, 2027, and lead the company in accordance with the agreed business objectives
• You will ensure sustainable economic success in the agricultural sector (points of sale, forage trading platform, grain collection centers, forage mill and dryer)
• You will lead motivated employees in a cooperative and results-oriented manner
• You will ensure optimal organization of the company and efficiency of processes

• You are a person from the agricultural sector, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen sense of business management
• You have management experience in a similar role and possess a good command of cross-functional processes
• Thanks to your commitment and authenticity, you succeed in establishing a climate of trust and cooperation
• You convince with your motivation and inspire enthusiasm with your initiative
• You implement changes and projects sustainably and communicate (in German and French) with employees and the board of directors on an equal footing
