In this role, you are the crucial link for our international goods flow. In close cooperation with our Country Logistics and Supply Chain Manager, you ensure that our supply chain operates efficiently, reliably and fully compliant.

• Transport management: You coordinate and monitor our international transport processes (road, air and sea) and ensure that all deliveries arrive on time and in compliance with regulations
• Customs expertise: You independently handle all import and export customs clearances and act internally and externally as the central contact person for all customs matters
• Documentation: You create, check and manage transport, customs, insurance and commercial documents exactly according to legal requirements
• Controlling: You keep a close eye on the performance of our subcontractors, transport costs and relevant KPIs and take over invoice verification
• Optimisation: You actively contribute to continuous process improvement and support ISO-related procedures
• Networking: You maintain close and cooperative collaboration with internal departments and the Hager Group as well as external partners such as freight forwarders, customs agents and authorities

• Qualification as a commercial clerk EFZ, ideally in the field of international freight forwarding logistics (SPEDLOGSWISS) or industry
• Due to the complex customs and coordination tasks, further training with a federal diploma is mandatory, e.g. as a foreign trade specialist, freight forwarding specialist or customs declarant
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in a forwarding agency, a customs agency or in the export department of an international company is required
• Confident with Incoterms, free trade agreements, preferential origin of goods, export controls and international customs laws
• Proven practical experience in organising multimodal transports (air, sea and road freight)
• Experience in the formal and physical handling of import and export customs clearances, including dispute resolution
• Very good user knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP), MS Office as well as familiarity with Swiss and international customs systems (e.g. e-dec, NCTS, the new Passar, Tares)
• Negotiation-level German and English (diploma at level B2/C1)
• A degree (HF/FH) in Supply Chain Management is a great advantage
• French language skills are an advantage
