Your Tasks
Administration of Practical Training for Bachelor and Master in Nursing:
- Cooperation with healthcare institutions
- Organization of meetings with training coordinators
- Administration of practical placements and qualifications of students
Study Administration Bachelor for Nursing:
- Support for the admission and enrollment process for new students, point of contact for prospective students, current students, and lecturers
- Organization and participation in information events and graduation ceremonies
- Creation of module applications, management of module registrations, module grades, and semester confirmations
- Processing of equivalence recognitions and creation of teaching assignments for external lecturers
Your Profile
- Commercial training EFZ or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience in the education or healthcare sector is an advantage
- High service orientation and social competence as well as a structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Proficient in MS Office and IT systems (CRM, Evento is an advantage)
- Quick comprehension and resilience
- Interest and willingness to think along in dynamic situations and in a developing field
