To support our team in Bern, we are looking for you as our new committed, dynamic and motivated construction management.

Your tasks

As a construction manager, you are responsible for all trades within your area of responsibility and coordinate all work according to the schedule and the timetable you have created.

• For the contractors commissioned by us, you are a reliable contact person and create the best possible conditions for the execution of work
• You are assertive and a role model for commitment towards the involved contractors and craftsmen
• Through efficient control and processing of measurements and invoices, you ensure that services rendered can be settled within the shortest possible time
• You know the contractual agreements with our partners, enforce or claim them and check the quality of the work
• You communicate openly internally and are able to develop solutions for problems
• You report to the responsible project or overall project manager

For this demanding task, you bring the following profile

• Training in the construction sector and further training as a construction manager and/or several years of experience as a construction manager
• You are efficient and have a high level of professional, social and leadership competence
• Despite your skills, you are self-critical and also know your weaknesses
• You are a team player and support your colleagues with your knowledge and skills
