What you bring
- You have a technical or scientific (specialized) university degree
- You have several years (3+ years) of experience as a Developer in Test or as a Test or Software Engineer
- Development experience in several programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, Kotlin, Swift, React, Typescript, and/or .NET Stack)
- Development and testing experience of interface protocols, such as REST, SOAP, or Kafka
- You are familiar with quality requirements (ISTQB certification is a plus) and best practices in software development
- You have experience in test automation (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Cypress, Cucumber, Robot Framework, etc.)
- You know the different testing levels and methods and where to apply them
- Unit and integration testing are inseparable from the business code for you, and you live for further development
- Continuous integration, delivery, and deployment, and associated unit testing frameworks, such as JUnit, are concepts and tools you are familiar with. Experience with Jenkins and/or GitLab CI is an advantage
- Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based platforms and cloud solutions are not foreign terms for you
- Very good knowledge, understanding, and mindset in the agile development environment (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, LeSS)
- You speak fluent German, can communicate well in English, and enjoy communication and collaboration in the team and with the client
