The Systec Switzerland team has been taking care of consulting, sales and customised after-sales service for the Systec products manufactured in Germany for 20 years.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Service Technician for Autoclaves (m/f)

As a service technician, you are the central interface between our company and our customers. You work directly on site at the customer’s premises, ensure the flawless operation of our systems and equipment and, with your technical know-how and professional appearance, ensure high customer satisfaction.

In doing so, you combine technical expertise with customer orientation and represent our company at every on-site assignment.

Your Tasks

• Installation and commissioning of laboratory autoclaves on site at our customers
• Maintenance of laboratory autoclaves on site at our customers
• Carrying out repairs and fault diagnosis on site at our customers
• Regular calibration and validation of the devices according to applicable standards
• Training and advising customers on the optimal use of the devices
• Documentation of the work performed and preparation of service reports
• Participation in meetings in Cham
• Regular further training at the factory (Osnabrück) and at the headquarters in Cham (ZG)

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, e.g. as an automation technician, electronics technician, mechanic, polymechanic or comparable
• Good knowledge of electronics, mechanics and control technology
• Ability to use operating systems and software safely, quickly and independently in everyday work
• Experience in technical service, preferably in the field of laboratory or medical technology
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Sense of responsibility and high commitment
• Willingness to work on site at the customer’s premises
• Enjoyment of direct contact and dealing with customers
• Confident and professional appearance
• Good communication skills
• Driving licence category B
• Very good German skills (native language)
• Good English skills
• Additional languages such as French are an advantage
• Your place of residence is in the Swiss Midlands with good transport connections
• You are ideally between 25 and 45 years old
