Lead Nurse 80-100%

Your tasks

Conducting needs assessments with various clients
Nursing care and health checks
Coordinating interventions with the planning team
Regular monitoring visits to clients
Supervision and support of auxiliary staff
Communicating information to various stakeholders, updating records
Interdisciplinary cooperation with health insurance funds, doctors, hospitals
Participation in meetings
Regular on-call service

Your profile

HES nursing diploma or equivalent with Red Cross recognition and practice rights
Experience in home care and knowledge of InterRAI HC
Computer and mobile tool proficiency
Ability to organise independently and flexibility
Sense of responsibility
Fluency in French; knowledge of German is an advantage
Willingness to provide on-call service some evenings and weekends
Driving licence and residence in the canton of Fribourg
