Your role:

• You are responsible for the stable operation as well as the continuous development of our compliance solutions
• In close cooperation with internal departments, external partners and suppliers, you ensure the smooth interaction of applications, interfaces and services
• You accompany the introduction of new solutions from projects into operational business and drive their sustainable further development
• You actively contribute to the optimisation and digitalisation of compliance processes, especially in the environment of Avaloq and connected compliance systems
• As a central interface between business and IT, you coordinate requirements, develop practical solutions and promote successful implementation

Your education and experience:

• Bachelor's, Master's or diploma degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable course of study or professional experience in the IT field
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Analytical thinking, sense of responsibility, conscientiousness and ability to work in a team
• Social competence, negotiation skills and a convincing manner
• AVQ certification or willingness to undergo training
• Experience in operating applications as SaaS and integration into the enterprise environment is an advantage
