About the job
Marina Lachen is the gastronomy and experience mile at the southernmost point of Lake Zurich. With around 70 employees, we operate three restaurants, a bar/lounge, banquet and seminar rooms for up to 120 people, a catering service, as well as a 4* hotel with 21 rooms. Our motto is: One for all – all for one! It’s better to work among friends. We are looking for smart people for exciting tasks by the lake. Specifically: a permanent position – starting immediately or by arrangement – as a service staff member 100% at the Lago Lounge.
The Lago Lounge is a popular meeting place right by the lake and changes its offerings with the natural course of the day: from the first espresso to the last nightcap – from croissants to tartare. Where business people, parents and seniors, craftsmen, colleagues, singles and lovers like to meet, you ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
Your new role:
- Independently managing a service station including cash handling
- Looking after our guests including active sales and advice
- Daily mise en place tasks
- Cleaning and tidying duties
- Working hours also in the evenings and at weekends
- Assisting with banquets and catering
- Compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- You have a radiant smile for us and our guests

- Completed training in gastronomy or a qualified person with professional experience
- Enjoyment of good food and people
- Winning personality, committed, communicative, reliable and flexible
- You can communicate with guests in German and English
