We would like to expand our Digital & Revenue Development department with you in the future and are looking for a professionally competent person with the workplace in Ascona:

Your profile

• Professional/higher education with corresponding further training (CAS) in eCommerce, digitalisation, revenue management
• Professional experience in a comparable position and in hotel operations is an advantage
• Empathetic and resilient personality
• Committed working style with a high degree of independence and strong service orientation
• Very good numerical understanding and pronounced analytical skills
• Experience with corporate office structures and matrix organisations
• Effortless handling of various stakeholder groups
• German as mother tongue and good English skills (Italian, French advantageous)

Your tasks

• Maintenance of content and images of all eCommerce and sales platforms to optimise the online presence
• Operational support of the reservation departments regarding interface functionalities or rate parity
• Supportive as well as independent implementation of projects, such as website developments, online shop optimisation or system renewals
• Hotel support and monitoring tasks for all relevant guest feedback platforms
• Creation of statistics, analyses and revenue monitoring based on key performance indicators
• Support of the sales department in the annual partner contract preparation as well as in completing affiliation RFPs for all hotels
• Support of the Digital & Revenue Development Director in ongoing tasks and taking on deputy duties
