We are a boatyard on Lake Biel based in Nidau. In our over 55-year history, we have continuously expanded our offerings, which is why we provide a wide range of services and products. Among other things, we manufacture A-Catamarans and, since 2024, also carbon masts and sail battens.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Composite Employee (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• Manufacture of carbon masts using the prepreg process
• Manufacture and rigging of sail battens
• Maintenance and servicing of machines
• Quality control and documentation of completed work

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or professional experience in composite materials or a related field
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Experience with carbon materials is an advantage
• Independent, careful and reliable working style
• Enjoy working independently and on tasks carried out with personal responsibility
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
