About the job
What you can achieve
- Planning, control & monitoring of EOD orders: comprehensive responsibility for order processing in the field of Explosive Ordnance Disposal
- Optimal coordination of materials, deadlines & production processes: ensuring a seamless interface between procurement, manufacturing and logistics
- Coordination of interfaces: close collaboration with purchasing, manufacturing and logistics to ensure smooth process flows
- Process and quality optimisation: active participation in improvement projects in work preparation (AVOR) to increase efficiency and quality
- Adherence to deadlines & efficiency monitoring: continuous control of production times and capacities to ensure compliance with delivery orders
- Order & project management: creating and managing production orders, project structures and annual planning in SAP S/4‑HANA, including preliminary and final costing as well as master data maintenance
- Resource & cost controlling: booking, plausibility checks and control of machine and labour hours as well as invoice creation in cooperation with accounting
What you bring with you
- Basic training in commercial or technical fields with business management further education or focus on activities is an advantage
- Equivalent practical experience in order management or production planning
- Excellent SAP 4/HANA knowledge (e.g. as a key user)
- Proficient MS Office skills and strong affinity for new IT applications
- Interest and motivation for the topic of explosives
- Networked entrepreneurial thinking, resilience and willingness to learn new things combined with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
