You support people with psychological and multiple impairments in applying their skills in the work environment. With individual support and targeted promotion, you strengthen their self-determination, personal development and social participation.

Your profile

• Completed training as a social pedagogue, in social work, work pedagogy, or comparable qualification
• Experience in supporting people with support needs
• Enjoyment in promoting and strengthening people’s independence and self-efficacy
• Appreciative, resource-oriented and participation-oriented attitude
• Patience, empathy and sensitivity
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Reliability and commitment
• Resilience and confidence in dealing with challenging situations
