Tasks
Plan and conduct lessons
Differentiate and support individually
Assess and document learning progress
Promote class management and social learning
Provide assessments and feedback
Collaborate in grade/subject teams
Participate in school conferences
Requirements
- Trained (or in training)
- Assume the role of class teacher
- Enjoy working in a team
- Strong relationship skills – with regard to individual needs, clear structures, supportive learning environments and positive, appreciative interactions.
- Appreciative communication with children, parents and team
- Willingness to help shape the school and openness to new things
