As a BIM Coordinator, you are part of our VDC team and support our architects, specialist planners, and project managers in efficiently, structurally, and creatively implementing BIM in daily practice.

What you bring:

A completed education in architecture, construction planning, civil engineering, or an equivalent qualification from practice.
Practical experience in applying the open BIM method, BIM processes, ideally in all SIA performance phases with a focus on execution planning.
Very good knowledge of Revit, working in the cloud, coordination and checking software, BIM-specific standards (IFC, BCF, LOIN, etc.).
Expertise in model structuring, data management, and IFC-based exchange.
Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary communication.
A didactic sense to collegially accompany teams and support them with digital questions.
