Head of Department Prisoner Transport
Your main tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership as well as organisation of the Prisoner Transport Department
- Organisation, coordination and execution of prisoner transports as well as preliminary and subsequent transfers
- Cooperation with commissioning organisations and various official bodies
- Support of the Repatriation and Police-Related Services departments
- Participation in specialist committees and subject-related projects
- Provision of weekend and on-call duties
Your profile
- Several years of experience in police service; knowledge in the area of prisoner transport and repatriations is an advantage
- Enjoyment and motivation to take on leadership responsibility and to embody the values of the Thurgau Cantonal Police
- Strong social and personal skills
- Openness and willingness to actively shape developments and changes
- Networked and holistic thinking
- Independent, reliable and careful working style
- Good user knowledge and flair for handling modern PC applications
