About the job
Through the technical leadership of the installation personnel, you ensure the successful completion of the assigned construction sites. You are the link between the installation team and project managers, and with your experience, you ensure a smooth construction site process.Site Supervisor Installer

- Leadership and organisation of installation on site
- Coordination with project managers, site managers and customers
- Material and tool disposition as well as reporting
- Monitoring compliance with quality and safety requirements
- Economic handling and ensuring a smooth construction site process
- Handling complaints and promoting improvements
- Participation in the acquisition of additional orders
- Adherence to schedules and work preparation plans
This is what defines you.
- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or electrical fitter EFZ
- Further training as a technician HF or comparable professional experience is an advantage
- Driving licence category B mandatory
- Good knowledge of technical regulations and MS Office
- Very good German skills; French and/or Italian an advantage
- Independent, assertive personality with leadership qualities
- Organisational skills and team orientation
