This is what you do with us

• Independent management of a portfolio primarily consisting of residential and commercial rental properties
• Central contact person for owners and tenants, personally and on equal footing
• Control of the entire rental process and responsibility for cost management
• Coordination of heating and ancillary cost statements as well as annual financial statements with accounting

This is what you bring

MUST-HAVE

• Commercial basic education with a specialist certificate in property management
• 2-3 years of experience as an independent property manager, focus on residential properties
• Confident knowledge of Swiss tenancy law and basic technical understanding of buildings
• Clear, solution-oriented communication, confident even in hectic phases

NICE TO HAVE

• GARAIO REM | MS 365
• IT affinity and openness to new tools (e.g. D365) 
• Economic, networked thinking with regard to all parties
