CUSTOMER ADVISOR DE 100% ZH REGION

with a technical affinity and interest in the insurance industry, who remains patient and level-headed even in hectic times or with more complex insurance matters. Career changers are welcome!

• Written and telephone advice to customers
• Support with various projects
• Cross- and up-selling
• Affinity for IT and enjoyment of modern tools
• Ensuring the specified service level
• You are always the contact person for both customers and teams and colleagues in the specialist departments

• You have completed commercial training or have solid experience in sales or customer service
• Italian or French language skills are mandatory
• You enjoy contact with people, and your goal is to help every customer in the best possible way.
• You have a strong IT affinity and are proficient in using modern technologies. You also enjoy working on the phone and screen.
• You are articulate and have very good German and English skills.
