For our client from the Oftringen region, we are looking to support with a

Automation Technician / PLC Programmer (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your responsibilities:

• Configuring, adapting and testing existing PLC programmes
• Supporting the maintenance and further development of control software
• Internal commissioning and functional testing of machines and systems
• Supporting technical project clarifications and customer-specific requirements
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of documentation and technical records
• Occasional assignments at customers for commissioning, troubleshooting or technical support

Your profile:

• Completed training as an automation technician, electrical engineer or comparable qualification
• Experience in PLC programming and automation
• Ability to understand, configure and adapt existing PLC programmes
• Knowledge of programming Siemens controllers in the TIA Portal
• Understanding of electrical circuit diagrams, controls and technical interfaces
• Willingness for occasional assignments at customers
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are desirable
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in collaborating with various departments
