Your training

• Home is where it is nicest – You will learn to care for and support people respectfully in their familiar environment

What you bring

• You have a qualification with EFZ certificate and at least 2 years of professional experience at 60% in care or 
• Qualification as a care assistant SRK with ABU (General Education) and at least 2 years of professional experience at 60% in care
• You are empathetic and curious – you approach people and are passionate
• You are mobile – with your own car, the Spitex e-bike or e-scooter

Your benefits

• A solid two-year training with a strong practical focus, accompanied by dedicated trainers as well as theory at vocational school and inter-company courses
• Employment at 60% (inter-company courses are working days)
• Compensation of CHF 400.- for school days
