About the job
For our private ward Sophia with a focus on geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy at the attractive location Windisch (SIWF training centre), we are looking for a suitable reinforcement from 1 January 2027 or by agreement as
Tasks
- System and professional responsibility for the department in cooperation with the nursing ward management
- Personnel management
- Supervision, case discussions
- Concept development, patient-oriented process organisation
- Diagnosis and therapy within the framework of evidence-based standardised procedures inpatient, day clinic and outpatient (especially according to SGAP and SMC standards)
- Careful documentation of the medical history including reporting
- Networking/communication with all involved parties (family doctor, hospital, long-term care institution, relatives, representatives, etc.)
- Appreciative collaboration in the multiprofessional and interdisciplinary team
- Participation in further and continuing education offers, representative events as well as projects according to management specifications
Profile
- Physician with completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Specialist title in geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy or interest in this is an advantage
- Leadership and business management training advantageous (CAS level)
- Sense of responsibility, reliability, commitment and ability to work in a team
- Independent and efficient working style, high resilience and strong social skills
- Enjoyment of multiprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Interest in taking on specialist and line responsibility
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
