Your Tasks
- You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care for our guests
- You advise and support our guests and their relatives
- You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client’s home
- You create care documentation and individual care planning
Your Profile
- Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or Spitex area is an advantage
- You are resilient, flexible and used to working independently
- RAI further training
