What to expect

• You support the dispatch administratively and keep our operations running
• You work closely with production and sales and ensure a smooth flow of information
• You check and process delivery notes – your accuracy is reliable
• You manage our gravel weighbridge and the associated system. You are the first point of contact for drivers and declare delivered materials such as excavation & co
• You monitor the system, maintain master data and conscientiously record deliveries from pits and landfills
• You find solutions in case of discrepancies in invoices and carry out corrections independently
• You handle general administrative tasks with ease and ensure order in the office

What you bring

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (KV)
• You have already gained experience in logistics and dispatch
• You are confident in using ERP software. Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a real plus for us
• You have basic knowledge of our loading facilities including control and regulation technology
• You work in a structured manner, remain calm even during busy operations and communicate clearly and directly
