IT Inside Sales – SME Customers (m/f)
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for your own customer portfolio in the SME environment
- First point of contact for customers throughout the entire sales process
- Maintenance and further development of existing customer relationships
- Personal consulting and sales of IT products, services, and solutions
- Preparation of offers and conclusion of orders (Microsoft Dynamics 360 Business Central)
- Close cooperation with presales, technical, and internal specialist departments for solution development
- Implementation of campaigns and promotional activities within your customer base
- Active use and maintenance of the CRM system
Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Several years of experience as inside sales in the IT environment
- Enjoyment of active customer contact and entrepreneurial action
- Strong customer orientation with an eye for what is feasible
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and enthusiasm for closing deals
- IT affinity and interest in technical solutions
- Independent, structured way of working
- Confident German in spoken and written form, good English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 360 Business Central, CRM systems, and MS Office
